The L.I.S.C serve as a center of the advancement of Jewish Cultural awareness through a mix of informal education, recreational and cultural activities; through research, education and community participation we aim to expand knowledge by sharing the Sephardic traditions to all.
The L.I.S.C promotes appreciation for Jewish Culture, encourage creative growth of new ideas relating to Jewish Culture and facilitate interaction between and among scholars of the Jewish faith from all origins (Sephardic or Ashkenazi)
By creating such a center of learning and sharing our rich tradition we will honor the contributions of our ancestors and encourage future generations to explore and continue to respect and revere their culture.
